"2/24/25 update: New year, same old office. Had a question about my bill over the weekend. Of course, they don’t think they need to work on weekends so the office is closed. The only thing you can do is leave a message, which I did, asking them to please call me back during their business hours. For context: I don’t understand why the premium went up by $150 for a car that has been sitting in the garage half the time. Well, the weekend is long gone, business days came and went and no call back. I have no idea what a team of 10+ people, working 8 hours a day for a total of 80 hours a day, do all day if none of them can find 2 mins to call a customer back. Stay with me: this is still just about how they treat the customer, and how little to no respect they have for your time. If you don’t have a job, and if you exist only to accommodate and appease this office and their working model, by all means, please become or stay a customer. I’m done with this agent and with State Farm. Ps: please do not bother posting a reply back only to pretend you care so other customers can see it because you obviously don’t. 4/25/24 update: the agent rectified the situation by working with underwriting in a timely fashion so I truly appreciate that. Thank you. 2/23/24 review: When I first went to the office on Feb 23, I found the service to be great. Luke helped me and generated a new policy to match what I had previously. On Feb 28, I received an email from the office and was asked for information the underwriting team had asked about. I provided that promptly and i was told it would be submitted to underwriting and resolve the inquiry. Well, fast forward to April 3, I received a letter in the mail saying my insurance was going to be canceled because I didn’t provide the information requested. For a month and a half no one sent a letter, an email, an app notification or made a phone call saying documentation was needed but all of a sudden a cancelation policy notice shows up? Not sure what the gap is but so far, but I'm unhappy with the handling of my situation. Waiting for a resolution."
