My only complaint isn't with this office but with state farm Corp, that they'd get better pricing deals and coverage especially here in florida.. UPDATE:, here we are several months later after this post & things haven't gotten any better. If anything it's gotten worse. I've been double paying for months now & still they always say I'm a month behind which is simply not true & even when it shows paid by the very next day another payment due that month randomly appears. What a coincidence that they say I was behind on the day someone hit me & now won't pay the PIP. Where's my money really been going? No 1 can seem to give me a straight answer. They say 1 thing but the facts show another. Proof is right there in black & white yet it's always the same answer saying they'll check into it & it takes me calling back days later to get a bs answer."
